5/6 @ 7:15pm is Warm-up/Cloth pickup and Award pickup for Varsity and JV letters!
Pickup will be at the High School Parking lots.
3/19 - we have been waiting to hear some direction from OHSAA on what is allowed and what isn't during the 'no contact' they instituted until April 6th.
Unfortunately, we are not allowed to send individualized workouts.
However, check out these links with general strength and conditioning
that athletes can do while on this extended break.
